I was a customer at the Everything But
Water Store in Short Hills, New Jersey. I was fortunate
enough to have your employee Amanda help me. The reason
for this e-mail is to inform you about what a wonderful
help Amanda was to me. I am never fond of bathing suit
shopping and to be honest I never look forward to it.
I entered your store with the attitude of take a quick
lap around see if anything catches my eye and be on
my way. Amanda kindly asked me if she could start a
fitting room for me and if I would mind is she picked
some other suits for me to try on. She always made me
feel comfortable and never was pushy or rushed me in
anyway. I never had a bathing suit shopping experience
like this. About an hour and a half later I was choosing
between four bathing suits to by. I never had suits
to choose from this was new for me. With Amanda's help
I purchased 3 bathing suits that day, and would never
of found them or felt comfortable in them if it were
not for her and her kindness. I think it is important
for mangers to know how their employees are with their
customers. Amanda made my shopping experience a positive
and enjoyable one! I look forward to shopping at your
store and with Amanda again.

I shopped in Aventura Mall in North Miami on December
3rd. I have looked for bathing suits for years with
no luck. From the moment I walked into your store, I
was treated like a queen. My salesperson Kathy was so
friendly, helpful and quick. She not only found me the
right colors, but the proper sizes too. I was not only
able to buy a suit, but bought over $1,000 worth of
suits. I was thrilled.
I shopped so much I took a lunch break. When I returned
Carol and Susan were so helpful until Kathy returned
from her break. I must have exhausted her, but she never
let it show. Even when other customers came in, I was
treated superbly.
I would recommend these girls and your store to anyone.
The quality of your people helped me resolve a years
long problem of bathing suits. Please pass this along
to management. The staff deserves all my praise. Thank
you.

Here it is November in Michigan and I am in need of
a bathing suit for a vacation! I was running out of
time when someone suggested your store. I went to the
Everything But Water store in Twelve Oaks Mall, Novi,
Michigan and what a surprise! I was immediately greeted
by the fit specialist Jenny who was kind enough to show
me many options. I had 5 suits to try on and she brought
me 3 more that I had missed. She also had left a few
accessory options in my fitting room. Jenny did a wonderful
job and I was extremely thankful for the help! Based
on this experience, I will be back in the future and
I will also recommend your store to all my friends!!

I visited your store in the Beverly Center (Los Angeles,
CA), and I am writing to compliment you on your salesperson.
Due to a recent injury, I have gone from a size 4 to
12, but I still enjoy fashion and style despite the
injury. I was happy to find a flattering swimsuit with
the help of your salesperson, which made the experience
of shopping a very good one. Your salesperson is friendly,
hip, sincere, supportive, helpful and a genuinely nice
person. I did not think that visiting a swimsuit store
at my current size would turn out to be such a positive
experience, but thanks to your salesperson, it was!

I am writing you regarding the excellent customer
service I received from your company. I am the Guest
Service Manager for a restaurant chain in Southern California
and I've always stressed the importance of getting back
to guests as quickly as possible and to follow through
with what you promised ... but the customer service
I received from your company was phenomenal. I had a
problem with part of a swimsuit I bought for my daughter.
I didn't have a receipt so I decided to email your company
and ask what my recourse was at that point. Within 15
minutes, I received a return email from Cat (Human Resources
Manager) with an offer to not only replace the swimsuit
but to also send a gift certificate. Cat then forwarded
my email to Ginger (Website Coordinator) who immediately
assisted me with the replacement. Within 48 hours, I
not only had the replacement but I also had the Gift
Certificate ... WOW! I can't tell you how many times
I have shared this experience with my friends, who have
been equally impressed. If all your customer service
representatives are this level, your company is not
only very lucky but will be very successful! Thanks
again to Cat and Ginger for making the experience I
had with one of your swimsuits THE MOST POSITIVE CUSTOMER
SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!
