* Visa Gift Cards can be used online as long as they have been registered for use with the issuing provider. This information should have been supplied to you when you received your card. It may also be printed on the back of your card. When you make an online or phone purchase, the name, address, and phone number you use will need to be exactly the same as the information you provided when registering your card. If the information you provide differs from what was provided when the card was registered, the transaction may be declined. You can verify or update your information by visiting the card provider's web site, or by contacting them using the toll-free number provided in your card materials. Be sure to keep your Visa Gift Card—even after the balance is depleted—in case you need to return any purchased items. It is our policy to credit the card used for the initial purchase.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, not including shipping and handling fees, for orders shipped to: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, IL, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NV, NY, OH, PR, SC, TN, TX and VA.

Credit Card Charges

We do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you.

Split Shipments

If your order is sent in multiple shipments, your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment. Additional shipping charges will not be incurred on subsequent shipments.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased and redeemed online and in stores. Please note that the purchase of a gift card is non-refundable.

Orders placed before 2pm EST, excluding weekends and holidays, of in stock items typically ship the same day from our fulfillment center in Irving, Texas. Items listed as pre-order or backordered will be shipped as soon as the items are available. Occasionally, due to popular demand, an item designated as in stock may in fact be out of stock at the time that you place your order. In such instances, we will notify you to advise when we expect to receive additional inventory.  If the item is no longer available we will be happy to help you shop for a suitable alternative or cancel the item from your order with no charge.

Return Shipping

For your convenience, we include a UPS return shipping label with all orders shipping within the contiguous United States. An $8 charge plus tax is applied to all shipments sent with our return label. Return fee waived for orders over $100.

Tracking

We mainly ship via UPS. You will receive a tracking email from us when your package ships.

PO Boxes

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Shipping to Address Different from Billing Address
At this time, we cannot accept payment from a credit card with a billing address in a different country as the shipping address.

Your total invoice includes the taxes and duties for your country.

Shipping Rate

International shipping rates are calculated based on a number of factors including number of items you're purchasing, the weight of the item, and the destination country/region. International shipping will be calculated during checkout by iParcel.

Split Shipments

Unfortunately we do not support split shipments for international orders. If we cannot fulfill an item on your order, our customer service team will contact you.

Delivery Estimates

Most in-stock items generally arrive within 5-20 business days after your order has been received, depending upon your location ("business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed due to customs.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns
We will gladly refund your online purchase, other than items designated as "on sale," within 20 days as long as the items are in saleable condition with the tags attached. Credits will be issued based on original payment method, excluding any applicable shipping charges, duties and taxes. You can apply for a refund of your duties and taxes with your government's customs department. To get the paperwork needed for your customs department, please contact i-Parcel Customer Service at customer.service@i-parcel.com since they are the merchant of record with customs. Please include your i-Parcel tracking/order number in your correspondence.

Everything But Water wants you to be fully satisfied with your in store purchase. Our trained fit specialists are there to help make sure you find the perfect fit.

We will gladly replace, exchange, or refund your in store purchase, other than items designated as "on sale," within 20 days of purchase as long as the items are in saleable condition with all tags attached. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Returnable items can be brought back to any of our store locations. Credits will be issued based on the original payment method. For cash refunds over $50.00, a check will be mailed to you.

Online Purchases

United States and Puerto Rico Orders: We will gladly replace, exchange, or refund your online purchase, other than items designated as "on sale," within 20 days of purchase as long as the items are in saleable condition with all tags attached. To return items purchased online, send the items, your return receipt and a brief explanation to the address listed below. For your convenience, we include a UPS return shipping label in all packages shipping within the contiguous United States. If you ship your package using our label, an $8 shipping charge plus tax is applied (return fee waived for orders over $100). When using our UPS return label, drop off at a UPS drop box, store location, or schedule a pickup (additional fees may apply). If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, you will not be charged for the reshipment of the item to you. If you exchange an item(s) for a different item(s), you will be charged a new shipping fee to your original method of payment based on the value of the new items. Credits will be issued in the original payment method, excluding any applicable shipping charges. Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 3 business days of receipt.

Most online purchases may also be returned to your local store location with your original invoice, unless otherwise stated. Certain restrictions apply so please check the back of your invoice. Items purchased with your ShopRunner account must be returned to the address above and cannot be accepted at any of our retail locations.
