We will gladly refund your full-price purchase within 21 days of the delivery date. Returns are accepted when in the original condition with all tags attached. Worn, damaged, soiled or laundered items are not accepted. Jewelry, health and beauty are nonrefundable. Sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Your refund, excluding shipping and handling fees, will be processed by our international shipping partner, Borderfree, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your order. Please note you are responsible for return shipping fees.

To initiate your return, contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If approved, you will be sent an RMA# form via email from Borderfree. Please indicate the return quantity next to the item on the Everything But Water packing slip. Print and enclose both forms with your return. Keep a copy for your records. All returns require an RMA# to be processed. International orders cannot be returned to an Everything But Water store location.

Borderfree will credit your account after we process your return. You will also receive an email from Borderfree to confirm that the return has been completed. Please allow up to 4 weeks to process your return and for the refund to credit at your financial institution.
